Mysterious Forests of the World

The rush of fresh air filling your lungs ....The chirruping of birds  and the natural greenery around you .... The Breadth of life which perks up your senses  and the intrigue of the unknown ........ Forests have helped in making man come to peace with nature . Despite all the destruction  dealt to these beautiful forests we still have the privilege of visiting them . However there are some that are just outrightly weird or have a mysterious atmosphere about them . Here I look at  five of the most mysterious forests of the world.

5:-Crooked Forest ,Poland

The Crooked Forest is a grove of well ...Crooked trees ..(Yes ,, Yes ..,.anybody could guess that from the title ) . Situated in Nowe Czarnowo in Poland this forests contain about 400 trees  with all bent  northward and surrounded by a larger forest of straight growing pine trees. T

 These trees were said to be planted in 1930s when the area was under German occupation . 

It is thought that some kind of tool was used to bend these trees though nobody have been able to attain the reason for the appearances or the use of such trees. Also new saplings which arise have been known to become crooked after a certain age leading to various conspiracy theories with yes ...Aliens being mentioned ...

I guess with Hitler being involved this was expected .. Probably had to do something with his obsession with the occult .What else can you expect from him

4;-Screaming Woods 

Yes .. Yes...Yes .. The title again gives it away ...

Are you afraid of screams ??? So just visit this forest and you'll get a lifetime quota of screams in one visit ...

Derin Woods or Screaming woods sit just south of what is believed to be the most haunted village in Britain, Pluckley .  A visit to this "charming " forest will enable you to hear blood curdling human screams for free!!!!  Also if you are "Brave" (see Mad )  enough to walk into this forest you'll get chased by  dark apparitions .. So Happy Hunting to all .

Seriously  you think with a haunted village nearby and screams coming from the forest people would leave this place alone  ....  Nope a lot of these investigators enter this forest to bad results ... Hats off to these guys ...

For me one scream of this sort and I'll be running off  to another continent ......

3:-Tsingy Forest , Madagascar

    

 ..One look at this forest makes one think that there is some mystery attached to it ..Situated in Madagascar this forest popularly known as "Stone Forest " consist of sharp limestone rocks jutting out 70 meters in the air .  Though it may the most dangerous forest you'll visit  the breathtaking  view which follows it is  well worth the risk ....

Compared to ghosts and aliens .... falling to your death may seem  to be  a  minor problem...

2:-Aokigahara Forest

Located at the base of Mt Fuji, Japan lies the forest most popularly known as Suicide Forest . Having a very thick outgrowth  and devoid of any animals this place has a very eerie atmosphere .. A visit to this forest makes one feel nervy immediately upon entering it .  A paranoid feeling grows on the mind helped up by the sight of decaying bodies hanging on trees and skeletons on the ground.

 It is said that the trees themselves have a hatred towards you because of the spirits of those deceased on it .. This ultimately have led to many killing themselves ..

Infact the problem is so widespread that the Japanese Government have put up various signs in English and  Japanese imploring people to consider suicide  .

The Japanese Government do yearly sweeps to remove bodies from the forest with the figures not being released in public

I cannot comprehend the justification of these idiots who want to end life early . Some have traveled from other countries  to commit suicides here !!!  

 I feel that the Japanese are secretly hoping Mt Fuji erupts and completely destroys this place ..saves them from trying to save people who want to die .... and then clearing the mass of bodies assembled there .

1:-Hoia-Baciu Forest

What could possibly top a suicide forest ????

Well How about THE BERMUDA TRIANGLE OF TRANSYLVANIA

Located in Romania this forest was named after a shepherd who disappeared in the forest along with his 200 sheep. 

This forest is the hotbed of every known paranormal activity . With disappearances  , physical harm ,anxiety  burns and other bodily sensations occurring to anybody entering it , this forest boasts of mysterious lights flowing from one tree to another. Some who enter this forest immediately remember their past experiences  but forget after leaving it . 

In 1968  a technician caught a UFO flying over the forest on camera . Trees which were completely normal are found to be wraped and crooked after some time . One thing is for sure you wouldn't want to be left alone in this forest.

Seriously the locals living nearby the forest are some of the bravest humans found on earth . This place fits clearly to what some claim to be a gateway to hell....

The intrigue which surround these places have led to many paranormal investigations .These investigations have often not taken kindly to the ghosts/paranormal residing within them . This have led to various attacks on crew members . So if you want to investigate this place I suggest that you think twice before doing it ..

However "rational" people have claimed these places to nothing more than folklore and myths  ..Its for you to decide but always remember that anything is possible in a world so mysteriously strange as ours.
